We are founded in Lucena City in 2020 and in the same year the city was given the title of the most livable city of Philippines. We are committed to further study the development and urban fabric of the City and the whole of Quezon Province. In our endeavor we seek to contribute to the knowledge of the City and Province to help lay the groundwork for an inclusive future of the community.
